Linton Clinic Launches Preventive Health and Wellness Outreach Program

Linton Clinic is proud to announce the launch of a new quality improvement effort designed to strengthen preventive health and wellness in our community.

Through this initiative, trained staff members will contact patients by phone to assist with scheduling important preventive services, such as routine check-ups and health screenings. All outreach calls will come from 701-253-1025.

This program is not a solicitation or scam. It is a trusted, no-cost service provided by Linton Clinic to support patients in staying up to date on their health care.

The program is part of Linton Clinic’s ongoing commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and health equity. Outreach staff are trained to answer questions, provide guidance, and connect patients with the care they need.

Linton Regional Medical Center does not have a physician on the premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a physician is not present, patients with healthcare emergencies will be assessed and treated by qualified medical personnel, with physician support available via phone and/or will be transferred to another hospital when necessary.

(i) No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and (ii) There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income
